Customer wants to book a therapist:

1. Select the therapist you wish to book.

2. Specify the desired date and time for the massage service.The massage therapist will confirm your booking; we will notify you either before or after your scheduled appointment time.

3. Transfer the full payment in advance.

​

Note: Full refunds are available for cancellations made only one day in advance. Cancellations must be notified on the same day as the booking. No refunds will be given if the cancellation date is later than the booking date.

If the booking date and massage date are the same day, no refund will be given if the customer cancels.

In case the massage therapist cancels for any reason, the shop will recommend a new therapist or issue a full refund.
